A seagull watches the moon rise. Two more stand in silhouette, framed by the last breath of daylight melting into the sea. The West Coast is my personal exploration of light, rhythm, and memory along California’s shoreline. I set out to capture more than just scenery—I wanted to document how the coast feels in fleeting moments: the hush of waves at dusk, the burn of golden light against wet sand, the quiet connection between stillness and movement. From coastal highways to silhouettes in tide pools, each image reflects the way I see this place—not just with my eyes, but with a sense of belonging to its calm and chaos.
