An empty road slices through red sandstone valleys like a scar through memory. Wind echoes off canyon walls, tracing curves carved by time and water. The American Southwest is a meditation on scale—where every turn feels ancient, and every silence speaks. I wandered these desert highways and hidden slot canyons with a sense of reverence, camera in hand, chasing the way light clings to rock at dusk and dances in shadows at noon. From the flamingos bathing in golden light to the quiet dignity of penguins in an unexpected oasis, each image is a still moment in a place constantly shifting. This series is a personal journey through heat and color, vastness and stillness—a love letter to the wild shapes and surreal rhythms of the Southwest.
